About us

A senior SAP practice, built by consultants who found each other on the same projects

We are a team of senior specialists across SAP modules, databases and AI. We met on projects, and decided to keep working together as one team, specialists working alongside specialists, instead of going our separate ways.

That shared history means every engagement is led hands-on by consultants who already know how to work with each other, not people meeting for the first time on your project.

We deliberately take on a limited number of projects at a time. That focus lets us commit to fixed scopes and realistic timelines, and keep the promises we make at kick-off.

Services

Two disciplines, one team

SAP implementation and modern data engineering rarely come from the same team. Ours does both, which means fewer handoffs, clearer accountability, and no disconnect between how your systems run and how your data flows.

SAP

  • SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Transformation

End-to-end S/4HANA implementations and transformations from ECC or legacy SAP, for on-premise and private cloud environments. Business process design, configuration and fit-to-standard workshops.

  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Implementations on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, built around fit-to-standard and clean core principles from day one.

  • SAP Data Migration

ECC to S/4HANA migrations, Migration Cockpit, data mapping, validation, cutover planning and go-live support.

  • Process Optimisation & Reporting

Improving existing business processes in SAP and building the reporting that gives you visibility into how they actually run.

Data & Analytics

  • SAP-to-Databricks Data Pipelines

Extracting and transforming data from SAP into Databricks, building the pipelines that feed clean, reliable data downstream.

  • Data Warehousing & Lakehouse

Building modern Data Lakehouse platforms with Databricks, Delta Lake and Azure for fast, reliable analytics.

  • Reporting & Power BI

Turning SAP and data platform outputs into Power BI dashboards and reports business users actually use.

  • ETL / ELT Pipelines

Development and optimisation of automated data ingestion, transformation and orchestration processes.

  • Cloud Data Solutions

Building cloud-native data platforms on Microsoft Azure with scalable storage and compute.

How we work

A process built around predictability

Five stages, each with a clear outcome and your explicit sign-off before we move on.

  1. Discovery & Scoping

We map your processes, systems and goals, then agree a fixed scope and a realistic timeline, in writing.

  2. Blueprint

Every decision is documented before configuration starts: processes, data, integrations, responsibilities.

  3. Build & Test

Iterative configuration and development with your key users involved, tested on real business scenarios, not demos.

  4. Go-live

Cutover planned to the hour, with rollback scenarios ready, so the business keeps running.

  5. Hypercare & Support

We stay hands-on after go-live until the system and the team run steadily, then support continues on agreed terms.

Industries

Solutions shaped by sector realities

Every industry runs SAP differently. We bring process patterns proven in yours.

  • Manufacturing & Process Industries

Production planning, material flows and shop-floor integration for chemicals, metals and building materials, without production stoppages.

  • Retail & Fashion

High-volume sales, promotions and multi-channel stock visibility at scale.

  • Logistics

Warehouse, transport and tracking processes that keep goods and data in sync.

  • Food, Agriculture & FMCG

Batch tracking, supply chain traceability and reporting for regulated, fast-moving production environments.

  • Automotive

Complex supply chains, demanding delivery schedules and processes that need to keep pace with how the industry actually operates.

Case studies

The problem, and what we built

Eight projects, each described the same way: the constraint we started from, and what we delivered.

  • Automotive, Delivery Performance Analysis

    The Challenge

In automotive SAP environments, schedule agreement lines are constantly changed, manually or by incoming EDI, but those lines aren't hard-linked to actual deliveries. SAP itself holds no direct reference between a delivery and the schedule line it originated from, so history gets fragmented and it's nearly impossible to reconstruct what really happened and when.

    The Result

We reverse-engineered SAP's own underlying logic to build the missing link between planning and actual deliveries, something SAP doesn't provide out of the box. The result is a proprietary tool linking schedule lines to actual deliveries and invoices, tracking when changes were made, real delivery and goods-issue times, and how schedule lines evolved over time, creating the connection between planning and delivery that reporting never had. For the first time, the client could measure and track how reliably they were delivering to their own customers.

  • Product Scope Reduction in S/4HANA Transformation

    The Challenge

During an S/4HANA transformation, deciding which products to migrate is one of the hardest problems in the project. Some products have poor master data quality despite being actively sold, while other products have complete, clean master data despite being obsolete and no longer relevant. Master data quality alone cannot be used to decide what belongs in scope.

    The Result

Built a model analysing sales, purchasing, stock levels and master data, linked to sales BOMs, with scope adjustable through a separate file validated by the business. This reduced the product database by 80% before migration. At go-live, sales kept running without disruption, finance had no missing products blocking postings for stock that existed, and no operational process was ever blocked. At the same time, nothing unnecessary was carried into the new system.

  • System & Sales Error Monitoring, KPI Reporting

    The Challenge

Systems generate error logs with millions of entries. Support teams review them and raise tickets, but usually end up fixing individual tickets one by one instead of addressing what is actually causing the errors. Without a way to see errors by category and volume, it's nearly impossible to know where to focus first.

    The Result

We categorised the errors to show their volume by type, set clear priorities, and pointed the team toward the actual root causes instead of individual symptoms. Tracking error volumes over time let us monitor whether a fix actually worked, whether it caused new errors to appear elsewhere, and how the system's overall data quality was trending as a result. This meaningfully reduced the workload on the support team and removed the need to keep growing headcount just to keep up, the team could fix root causes instead of firefighting one ticket at a time.

  • Sales Pricing Based on Active Ingredient Content

    The Challenge

Standard SAP pricing logic is built around product volume, but some products need to be priced based on the volume of a specific active ingredient within them, for example a metal content, not the product itself. To complicate things further, each batch of the same product could contain a different percentage of active ingredient, meaning the price had to be recalculated individually for every batch.

    The Result

Implemented a pricing model that calculates value based on active ingredient content per unit at batch level, giving the client accurate, batch-specific pricing that reflects actual composition rather than packaged or shipped volume.

  • Cross-Warehouse Tax Complexity (VAT & Customs Regimes)

    The Challenge

Sales flows between warehouses under different VAT and customs regimes, for example VAT regime to standard warehouse, or bonded to bonded, created tax and reporting complexity that standard SAP warehouse setups don't handle cleanly.

    The Result

Designed and implemented an SAP warehouse model correctly handling stock movements and sales across different VAT and customs regimes, ensuring transactions were taxed and reported correctly at every step.

  • Large-Scale Customer Data Migration (GDPR)

    The Challenge

Migrating customer records across multiple legacy systems, including SAP CRM, into SAP S/4HANA, while remaining fully compliant with GDPR and data retention requirements. This was one of the largest migrations of its kind globally, over 100 million records, spanning operations across five continents, with all the regulatory and operational complexity that scale brings.

    The Result

Coordinated a large-scale customer data transformation for a major retail organisation, consolidating multiple source systems into one, with GDPR-compliant handling and retention built into the migration design from the start. The project was delivered on time and within budget, despite the global disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic, a result of the scope, timeline and team discipline established from day one.

  • Custom KSeF Validation Tool

    The Challenge

The KSeF API accepts and confirms invoices even when the underlying values don't actually add up, it gives no warning that anything is wrong. Errors only surface later, when they can trigger real legal and financial consequences.

    The Result

Built a proprietary KSeF checking tool, one that doesn't exist anywhere else, and runs independently of SAP. It supported development while the KSeF solution was being built, sped up testing before go-live, and continues to be used for ongoing audits afterwards, automatically reviewing invoices to check that the numbers actually add up, that prices are correct, that VAT is calculated properly, and that nothing required is missing, catching what the API itself won't tell you.

  • E-Invoicing Built on Existing SAP Functionality

    The Challenge

Building e-invoicing compliance from scratch for every country is slow and creates yet another disconnected process to maintain. For KSeF specifically, data was being pulled from multiple, disconnected sources, creating a real risk of mismatches between what appeared on printed invoices and what was submitted to the authorities.

    The Result

Instead of developing e-invoicing as a separate, custom build, we adapted existing SAP functionality, extending how the system already gathers and prints document data. The result is a solution built on mappable, configurable tables, close to SAP standard rather than a one-off custom development, that can be extended to different countries with minimal effort. It's already running across Romania, Poland, Italy, Greece, Germany, Slovakia and France. Because it's based on the same source as the printed document, any change to a printout is automatically reflected in the e-invoice, cutting implementation time and significantly simplifying testing and business analysis.
